    Starting with a strong foundation

    Start your journey as a skilled and competent ABA professional with Maxim’s Initial Behavioral Technician Training. Our program is designed for you to meet the requirements for RBT and similar certifications. You’ll get hands-on experiences in ABA teaching techniques, data collection, electronic medical records and mobile applications.

    But our program doesn’t stop there! We’ll provide ongoing opportunities for you to advance your career including clinical development opportunities in topics such as trauma informed care and de-escalation, teaching advanced social skills and expanding experience across age groups and diagnosis. We also offer BCaBA and BCBA mentoring and are committed to your professional growth throughout your career.
