Your Role

  • Deliver skilled pediatric nursing care in a home setting
  • Carry out personalized care plans with attention and empathy
  • Monitor and document patient health and progress
  • Support families with education, reassurance, and advocacy
  • Provide specialized care (trach, vent, G-tube) with training available

Who You Are

  • A licensed LPN in Massachusetts
  • Driven by compassion and a desire to serve others
  • Committed to patient-centered, relationship-based care
  • Reliable, attentive, and emotionally intelligent
  • Experience in pediatrics or homecare is a plus—but heart matters most
