Maxim Healthcare Services is in need of a Patient Driver to transport a homecare patient to and from his dialysis appointments 3 days/week Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:30am-12:30pm and 3:30pm-5:30pm. Patient lives in Aurora, CO.
Responsibilities
Drive the patient and his homecare RN/LPN to/from dialysis appointments
Assist the homecare RN/LPN with loading/unloading patient from the van.
Meet at patient's home to load him into the van and drive him to the appointment.
You can either stay with the patient during the appointment, or drive the van back to his house and return for it later to pick him up.
Return to the hospital with the van to drive patient home.
Hours
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays - time TBD
Qualifications
Valid driver's license for the state of Colorado.
Good driving record & history.
Current CPR certification, based on state requirements.
Copy of updated TB results/ Chest x-ray. (we can set this up and pay for it, if needed)
