Hourly Pay:

Pay per hour (based on experience, licensure, and case assignment)

Maxim Healthcare is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide skilled nursing care for pediatric and adult patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Provide skilled nursing care and services according to physician orders and the patient's plan of care.
  • Monitor and assess signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes in patient condition.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret patient data and communicate changes to the clinical team.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered.
  • Accurately document patient care and interventions.
  • Educate patients and family members regarding care plans and health needs.
  • Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Current RN or LPN license in Maryland or Virginia Compact (based on where you reside).
  • Minimum of one year of nursing experience with active licensure.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association
    • Online only certifications are NOT accepted.
  • Current TB test
  • Ability to pass all employment screening requirements.
