Hourly Pay: $28 - $45 / Hour

Maxim Healthcare in San Bernardino is hiring for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes.  

Full Time and Part Time schedules available in and near the city of Riverside: 

Low acuity:

Monday, Thursday, and Friday 4pm-10pm, Thurs-Sun 7a-3p (Riverside) 

Monday-Wednesday 3pm-9:30pm | Two Saturdays out of the month 9am-5pm *Flexible weekends (Riverside) 

Gtube: 

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 10am-6pm / Some Saturday’s 10am-6pm (Riverside) 

Monday-Friday 11:30am-7:30pm (Riverside) 

Monday-Friday 7am-3pm (Moreno Valley) 

Tuesday – Friday 3pm-11pm / Saturday 8am-4pm (Riverside) 

Trach: 

Monday-Friday 10pm-6am | Weekends 6am-2pm *Flexible with hours (Riverside) 

TEMP July 24-August 9th; Thursday & Friday 10pm-6am | Weekends 2pm-10pm; 10pm-6am (Hemet) 

Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm | Weekends 7am-3pm | 3pm-11pm (Corona) 

Weekends 3pm-11pm (Moreno Valley) 

Vent: 

Saturday and Sunday 4pm-12am (Norco) 

Saturdays 12pm-8pm (Riverside) 

STARTING October Monday-Friday 10pm-6am | Weekends 10pm-6am (Riverside)

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
  • Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

  • Currently licensed as an LVN in the state in which the LVN will practice.
  • Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
