Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Recruitment Operations Manager (ROM) to oversee a team of Recruiters and Client Coordinators while fostering professional development through consistent coaching and support. Key Responsibilities:
Build relationships with patients, referral sources, and healthcare professionals
Develop and lead the overall recruitment strategy for the office
Provide ongoing development and coaching for team members
Translate business plans into actionable recruiting strategies
Drive strategic recruiting efforts and programs for Recruiters and Client Coordinators
Implement staffing plans based on client needs
Evaluate and leverage recruitment resources (technology, social media, job fairs, referrals) to improve key metrics such as caregiver starts, fill rates, retention, and overtime reduction
Prepare reports and monitor performance metrics
Ensure accuracy of patient and caregiver schedules in the system of record
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Provider Relations, or Nursing (BSN preferred)
Minimum 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or related programs preferred
Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience
Knowledge of home care requirements and third-party reimbursement
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams)
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
Fluency in English required
