Recruitment Operations Manager (ROM)
Location: Sacramento, CA
Salary Range: $55,000 annually + Commission

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Recruitment Operations Manager (ROM) to oversee a team of Recruiters and Client Coordinators while fostering professional development through consistent coaching and support. This leadership role is ideal for a strategic thinker passionate about improving recruitment outcomes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with patients, referral sources, and healthcare professionals
  • Develop and lead the overall recruitment strategy for the office
  • Provide ongoing development and coaching for team members
  • Translate business plans into actionable recruiting strategies
  • Drive strategic recruiting efforts and programs for Recruiters and Client Coordinators
  • Implement staffing plans based on client needs
  • Evaluate and leverage recruitment resources (technology, social media, job fairs, referrals) to improve key metrics such as caregiver starts, fill rates, retention, and overtime reduction
  • Prepare reports and monitor performance metrics
  • Ensure accuracy of patient and caregiver schedules in the system of record

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Provider Relations, or Nursing (BSN preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or related programs preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience
  • Knowledge of home care requirements and third-party reimbursement
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
  • Fluency in English required
