I joined the Maxim team in October 2024, and from the very beginning, my experience has been nothing but positive. The office staff is incredibly helpful and always willing to lend a hand, whether it’s with scheduling or communication with families. One of the things I appreciate most is the flexibility the schedule provides — it allows me to maintain a healthy work-life balance. The support from the Clinical Manager has been truly outstanding. From day one, she has been approachable, encouraging, and ready to offer guidance. Whether it’s discussing a case or navigating a challenging situation, I know I can count on her support. I’m grateful to be part of a team that values both professionalism and genuine care.
