RN Clinical Supervisor - Home Health(Temporary Role)
Salary Range: $92,000 – $98,000

Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a RN Clinical Supervisor for a temporary role (13 weeks to 6 months). Ideal candidate has homecare supervisory experience as well as knowledge of Epic, 485’s, is proficient with Microsoft Office, and has experience with care coordination/case management.

Oversee clinical care from admission through discharge
Manage care delivery and supervise personnel
Conduct caregiver orientation and competency evaluations
Lead training, education, and skill development initiatives
Perform both office-based and field duties, including home visits

Qualifications:

Active RN license (in applicable state)
Minimum 1 year of RN experience preferred
Supervisory experience is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use
Team-oriented with excellent customer service abilities
Active driver's license
Reliable transportation
