Pay: $48–$53/hr DOE + $2/hr Night/Weekend Differential  

Weekly Pay • Flexible Scheduling • Unlimited Overtime • Up to $300 Onboarding Bonus

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one homecare for adult or pediatric patients throughout Western Massachusetts. New graduates are welcome — no prior homecare experience required.

Position Highlights
Flexible day, evening, and overnight shifts

Weekly pay with unlimited overtime opportunities

Up to $300 onboarding bonus

Work 1:1 in a comfortable home setting

Training programs available (pediatric, trach, ventilator, and more)

Responsibilities
Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care

Conduct focused interviews to identify patient needs

Monitor and document physiologic and psychosocial changes

Collect and interpret clinical data to support nursing diagnoses

Perform additional LPN duties as assigned

Qualifications
Current LPN or RN license in Massachusetts

Current Health Certificate

Current PPD or Chest X-Ray

Current BLS certification
