What You’ll Do
As a Homecare RN, you will provide personalized, high-quality care while building meaningful relationships with patients and their families:
Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans
Perform skilled nursing interventions based on patient needs and goals
Administer medications and treatments while monitoring effectiveness
Assess patient conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care teams
Provide education to patients and caregivers to support independence
Coordinate care and assist with discharge planning when appropriate
What You Bring
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
Current BLS/CPR certification
Current health screening (PPD or chest X-ray)
Strong clinical judgment and a patient-first mindset
One year of RN experience preferred (new graduates with strong clinical experience are encouraged to apply)
